  3. Any bird other than a duck and a goose should be without skin.

Some foods should be consumed in moderation:

  • sugar substitutes without calorie content (not fructose, glucose and sorbitol);
  • diet drinks;
  • you can eat 8 crab sticks;
  • Mono oil can be used as paraffin oil (1 tbsp. l. ) because it is not high in calories, it encloses the intestines so it normalizes its work and stools are improved. Do not use for frying, do not heat, ideally - dressing for salads.

In any case, it is imperative:

  1. Eat 1, 5 tbsp. l. oat bran a day.
  2. Light gymnastics and daily 20 minute walks.
  3. Drink 2 liters of water (tea, coffee counter).
