The diet works solely because of the low calorie content of grains. Some diet fans even claim that if you dilute buckwheat with kefir, you can probably refuse other products.

The essence of such a diet is extremely simple: for one or two weeks, but no longer, for all meals, including snacks, - specially prepared buckwheat pulp. Groats should be washed thoroughly and "steamed", that is, poured with boiling water and left for five to six hours. As a rule, buckwheat is cooked in the evening. The resulting mass is ingested in small portions in about five or six doses. It is impossible to cook, add sugar, salt and other flavor enhancers. Buckwheat is still good for hair and nails, and is also packed with nutrients and fiber, which help cleanse the intestines. Theoretically, there will be no physiological feeling of hunger because the amount of buckwheat is unlimited. What can not be said about the psychological urge for something sweet, salty or even at least another product. It only seems at first glance that 14 days is a small interval. When you allow yourself to eat one single product, time stretches endlessly!
